At Hiromatsu Furniture, we are committed to giving back to the nature that sustains us, striving to create products with a gentle impact on the planet.

Our furniture is crafted from wood, a precious material that takes 100 to 200 years to mature into usable timber. Trees purify the air through photosynthesis, allowing us to thrive, yet this vital contribution is often overlooked, and valuable wood is readily discarded. We created this product with the belief that even the smallest wood pieces are valuable.

Small wood offcuts are gently tumbled in a machine, allowing their edges to be naturally rounded. These pieces, with their irregular, charming shapes, resemble river pebbles.
Place them around your room, use them as soothing massage tools for your hands and shoulders, or, with the untreated version, infuse them with your favorite essential oils.
Simply touching these "Sono Beans" brings a sense of calm and relaxation.

Hiromatsu Furniture will donate a portion of the sales of SONO Beans to the forest conservation organization "More Trees ^*1 " and the Japan Committee for UNICEF ^*2 , which protects the lives and health of children around the world, thereby supporting activities to protect the earth and our future.


^*1 We will donate 300,000 yen per year from the sales of products made from scrap wood to the forest conservation organization "More Trees."
^* 2 10% of the sales of products that utilize scrap materials will be donated to the Japan Committee for UNICEF .
