Warranty Information
Any damage caused by defects in the product manufacturing or structural design will be repaired free of charge for one year from the date of delivery. However, in the following cases or from the second year onwards, repairs will be charged.
- If discoloration or deformation occurs due to drying during use*1, direct sunlight, or heat from air conditioning appliances.
- In the event of a breakdown or damage caused by use other than its intended purpose.
- In the event of a breakdown or damage caused by moving or transporting the product after purchase.
- Any other malfunction or damage caused by obviously improper handling.
*1 Due to the nature of the material, natural wood has the ability to absorb moisture when it is humid and release it when it is dry, making the room more comfortable. When the wood releases moisture, it can shrink and lead to warping and cracking. By regularly moisturizing the wood with Livos Oil, you can prevent warping and cracking of natural wood.
