A new product was born by joining together scraps of wood that were produced during the manufacturing process of a popular product. The thickness of the wood comfortably supports the body, providing a strangely reassuring seating experience. The distinctive shape of the legs adds a humorous touch.

The seat is made from solid pine that has been given a "Uzukuri" process, which involves carving out the grain of the wood, and then a "distressing" process, which involves adding scratches, gouges, and insect holes, as well as peeling and blurring the paint, to give it the feel of an antique item.
