Simple structure with a flat top and square wood. The simplicity of the structure allows you to feel the texture of solid wood in abundance. The legs are set at a slight angle rather than straight, so that the contours of the legs look different when the light hits them.

The top can be made of the same knotty solid wood as the legs (oil finish) or linoleum. Linoleum is a sustainable, natural material that can be colored. It has been used in Europe for about 150 years and is still widely used today for everything from interior design to medical applications. Linseed oil, one of its ingredients, has natural antibacterial properties.
