The center table is made of solid, thick, and expressive knotty wood, assembled with jointed brass parts. While it has a presence that rivals that of the voluminous sofa, the horizontal slit allows the eye to see through it, giving it a clean look.

The tabletop and legs are finished with a locking process that hides the ends of the wood, highlighting the neat construction. The shelves are set back from the tabletop, so the piece still looks neat even when you place items on it. Brass accents gleam between the horizontal slats, initially adding a touch of brilliance. Over time, the brass will develop a rich patina, harmonizing with the wood's natural aging process and enhancing the vintage aesthetic appearance.
