*If we find that there are obstacles in the delivery route, such as handrails, beams, lighting, or furniture that is difficult to move, we will determine that delivery will be difficult.
*Due to the difficulty of bringing in items, we are unable to accept requests such as "attempting to bring in items from anywhere other than the entrance" or "using a crane or heavy machinery to lift items." - If the item does not enter your room by passing through the entrance, hallway, or other appropriate access route, you will be required to pay the cost of round-trip shipping.
- Products eligible for the unpacking and installation service will be delivered to the installation location in their packaged state. As a general rule, we do not deliver products unpacked, so please estimate and check the delivery route based on the packaged state.
*When delivering large items, we may ask you to help us carry them to your front door. We apologize for the inconvenience, and we appreciate your cooperation.
Things to check before purchasing
1. Check the product size
Please check the width, height and depth dimensions.
2. Check elevator and stair size
Please check the delivery route in advance.
*As a general rule, products are delivered to the front door. If the product needs to be moved to a location other than the front door, we ask that you arrange this yourself.
Elevator
If the furniture does not fit upright into the elevator, it can be brought in if its depth when tilted is shorter than the depth of the elevator.
Stairs
If there is a spiral staircase or a landing where you need to turn back, please check the "staircase width" and "ceiling height and depth of the landing" etc.
*Furniture may need to be stood up and folded back on the landing, so the ceiling height of the landing needs to be longer than the longest part of the packed size.
3. Check the delivery route

*As a general rule, products are delivered to the front door. If the product needs to be moved to a location other than the front door, we ask that you arrange this yourself.
For single-leaf doors that only open 90 degrees
If you put your luggage in front of the entrance, you won't be able to open the door, and if you open the door, the luggage won't be able to pass through.
When doors and doorknobs get in the way
If you put your luggage in front of the entrance, you won't be able to open the door, and if you open the door, the luggage won't be able to pass through.
If the furniture does not rotate
Please be careful as even if the door can be opened more than 90 degrees, it may not be possible to bring the item in.
If the item does not arrive in your room due to being delivered via the designated delivery route, you will be responsible for the cost of round-trip shipping.
About unpacking and installation service
Some products offer free unpacking and installation services.
This is a service in which the delivery company handles everything from opening the product, assembling it, setting it up, transporting it, and disposing of the packaging materials.
