At the Hiromatsu Woodworks Spring Fair 2024, we will be holding a workshop using natural wood together with furniture craftsmen.

The "Shaker Kids Chair" has been popular for many years.
The Shaker Low Back Chair is the basis for the design of the Shaker Kids Chair.
The Shaker Stool can also be used as a chair or a baggage stand.
This time, we will also be holding an event called "Shaker Kids Chairs Only! Bring in your own chair and we will re-weave the seat to create your own chair."
There are 36 different seat colors to choose from. Choose the seat color and weave it.
Choose your favorite color and create your own chair!

* Seat reweaving is only available for Shaker Kids Chairs.
* Seat reweaving is available only by prior reservation.
*There are slots available for same-day orders except for seat reweaving.
*Due to limited availability, only one chair per person is available.

This is a workshop where you can enjoy the sound of natural wood. You will make cute castanets that look like round macarons.
The sound may vary depending on the type of wood. Enjoy the gentle feel and sound of natural wood.

When making Hiromatsu Mokko furniture, we have small pieces of wood and fabric that come off. What can you make by sticking them together and painting them?

Participation fee: ¥500 (tax included)

● Make your own chopsticks | Registration will be held at the venue on the day

You can make your own chopsticks that fit comfortably in your hand using wood species such as maple, walnut, oak, cherry, and teak, which are used in Hiromatsu Mokko furniture. We will finish them with food-grade oil, which is also used for finishing furniture. Try making chopsticks of your favorite length, from small chopsticks that your child will use for the first time, to chopsticks for cooking.
