Thanks to you, we were able to complete the event safely and with great success.
It had been two years since the last event was held at our head office, and being able to see our customers' smiling faces again after such a long time gave us the greatest energy.

Q1.What is the condition of the product?
A1. Products for sale at the Spring Fair include long-term display items, prototypes, discontinued items, and old specification items.
The exhibits may contain scratches, stains, discoloration, cracks, etc.
We appreciate your understanding in advance and hope you will purchase the product.

Q2.Is there a warranty period?
A2. Since this is a sale item, it is not covered by the warranty.
After purchase, we will handle any cracks, malfunctions, or maintenance for a fee.
*Products made from solid wood may have slight warping or bending.
If you are unsure about the condition, we recommend purchasing a new item.

Q3. Can you tell me more about the condition of any scratches or stains?
A3. We will post photos of any noticeable scratches on the product page, but there may be other stains and scratches.

A5. It depends on the product. It will take about one to one and a half months for delivery.
Once the packaging and shipping is ready, we will contact you to arrange a delivery date.
*We cannot store sale items.
*If you purchase multiple items, they will be shipped together.

Q8.Can I return or exchange the product?
A8. Sale items are limited in number and highly competitive.
Therefore, we cannot accept any cancellations, changes, exchanges, or returns after the purchase has been confirmed.
During the storage period, new scratches, stains, discoloration, cracks, etc. that are not listed may be found.
